1. Appointments & Bookings
• Appointments are highly recommended and required for braiding and extension services.
• A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%–50%) is required to secure appointments for braiding and extensions. This deposit goes toward your final service total.
• Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking to avoid automatic cancellation.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
• We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in loss of deposit.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

3. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service.
• If you’re receiving a time-intensive service like braiding or extensions, arriving late may result in the appointment being cancelled and deposit forfeited.

4. Braiding & Extensions – Terms & Requirements
Hair Braiding:
• Please come with clean, product-free, and detangled hair, unless you’ve booked a shampoo service as part of your appointment.
• Detangling fees may apply if extra time is needed.
• Styles may vary slightly based on hair type and density. Please consult your stylist in advance if you have a specific look in mind.
Hair Extensions (Sew-ins, Tape-ins, Microlinks, etc.):
• Hair can be provided for an additional charge or you may bring your own, but it must be approved in advance.
• Consultation is mandatory for all new extension clients.
• We are not responsible for the quality or performance of hair extensions provided by the client.
• Maintenance and follow-up appointments are recommended to keep extensions looking their best and avoid damage.

5. Children & Guests
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and have an appointment to remain in the salon.
• Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment unless necessary or previously arranged, due to space and safety regulations.

6. Payments
• We accept cash and bank transfer other digital payment options.
• All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferrable with appropriate notice.
• Gratuities are appreciated and can be given in cash or electronically.

7. Satisfaction Policy
• We strive to make every guest happy. If you’re unsatisfied, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment so we can offer a reasonable correction.
• Corrections must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment and approved by management.

8. Health, Safety & Hygiene
• Please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or illness.
• Let us know in advance about any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or hair/scalp conditions.
• For braiding and extensions, scalp health is critical. If we determine your scalp is not in a condition to safely install braids/extensions, your appointment may be rescheduled or altered.

9. Product Sales & Returns
• All product sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened items with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
• Hair extension purchases (if provided by the salon) are final and non-refundable.
